About Vitality

Vitality Med Spa and Plastic Surgery Center is a premier wellness facility that offers non-surgical, anti-aging, cosmetic lasers, and skincare aesthetics. Vitality Med Spa also specializes in medically supervised weight loss programs along with liposuction and body contouring.

The Problem

For months, Vitality used word of mouth and local networking to stay competitive in its highly saturated market. However, those tactics eventually became less effective and they noticed the importance of having a strong online presence. Burned by other agencies, Vitality returned to Keenly Digital for damage control and to set an upward trajectory.

Our main challenge was competition with big corporations spending thousands of dollars a day on adverts. As our client had bled enough already, so SEO was our weapon of choice, and SEO takes time.

Another challenge was in the form of lack of Social Proofing (there were not enough people following Vitality on social media. Therefore, we had to show our online presence and win people’s trust without spending thousands on Facebook and Instagram.

Another SEO challenge was competition. The healthcare field is one of the most competitive niches for SEO. We were fighting against established businesses with scores of positive ratings on Google My Business (GMB).
